1) The registration

Orders can be made without registration. 

2) The adoption and execution of the order, the purchase contract

Transportation, unless otherwise stated, is charged in the amount of 150, - CZK 
If your carrier does not reach the delivery address, contact you on the phone numbers and speaks with you at the hour of repeated delivery, which is free. If you choose to pay cash on delivery, goods pay cash on delivery from the carrier. The current state of the package you can watch online on http://www.ppl.cz 
For some especially bulky, heavy or otherwise poorly transportable products can be increased transportation costs. The cost of transporting appears immediately after selecting modes of transportation. Complaints shipment is only possible for takeover! 
ATTENTION! If the package is visibly damaged or if it violates protective tape, apply a claim directly with the carrier. For damages incurred during transportation contractor bears responsibility. 
The shipment usually arrives the next day from dispatch. The customer is informed by sending e-mail. 
Goods delivered PPL Slovakia 
Transportation, unless otherwise stated, is charged in the amount of 250, - CZK 
Terms PPL carrier delivers the shipment to the specified delivery address. Delivery shipments to Slovakia carriers typically takes 2 business days. If you choose to pay cash on delivery, goods will pay in EUR. Price is translated at the exchange rate of CSOB (foreign exchange purchases) applicable on the date of collection of the consignment. Number package will be sent by e-mail on the day of dispatch of the consignment. 

4) Warranty 
In the package you will always find proof. The warranty period begins on the date indicated on the document. The warranty period is given for each product in the product detail. In doubtful cases the warranty period may be extended by 5 (five words) days as compensation for time traffic. 

5) Conflict with the contract - general information 
In the event that the matter on receipt of the buyer is not in conformity with the contract (hereinafter referred to as "conflict with the contract"), the buyer has the right to the seller free of charge and without undue delay, put in accordance with the purchase contract, and according to by exchanging the purchaser, or repair; unless such a procedure is not possible, the buyer may request a reasonable discount on the price or withdraw from the contract. 6) the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract

The consumer in case of using the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of benefits, suppliers must give everything under a contract awarded. If it is not quite possible (eg. In the meantime the goods are destroyed or consumed), the consumer must provide monetary compensation in return, what can no longer be issued. If returned goods is only partially damaged, the seller may apply to the consumer the right to compensation and set off its claim for refund of the purchase price. The seller in this case is required to prove the damage incurred. Seller consumer in this case returns only thus reduced the purchase price.

7) Delivery and delivery conditions

9) Security

The goods must be accompanied by all documents that the buyer received the goods, that is, for example, receipt, warranty card and other. 
Seller assumes no liability for damages arising from the operation of products, functional properties and damage from improper use of products, as well as damage caused by external events and mishandling. At the origin of this defect is not covered by warranty. 
Goods for health reasons is the claim made ​​only properly cleaned.
